Day 234 - Investigative Writing
This blog may seem a bit jumbled, as I was doing investigative style writing in order to get to the issue which I have been experiencing and dealing with over the past little while.
So considering this morning, how I experience the point within myself of frustration/resentment towards myself, where I appear to want to get revenge on myself, and through this I do not want to assist and support myself, but prefer to suppress myself in denial, as if to desire to get back at myself for all the injustice I have suffered. So the point must be blame – blame of myself and others on a deeper level? Do I blame so much that I cannot get past the point? Is it covering up fear? Fear of what? Why must I get revenge on myself all the time as if my personality must equalize the score – to prove to myself that I suffered and to make sure that that other aspect of my bi-polar personality clearly understands that I suffered so it gets the message not to do it again – but the mind doesn't stop, it compounds until I can find my true expression of myself in self-honesty.
So there are times when I feel as though I am 'winning the race', and everything is going great, and I am exuberant and feel that nothing can stop me or get in my way. Then there at times I feel like I am desperately losing the race, and that I am so far behind there is no point even trying. It is at these low points that I want to deny everything and just hide from myself, as if wanting to just give up, all hope seems lost. At these low points, self-honesty seems like the system, where I would have to apply self-discipline – yet disciplining oneself when one feels 'down' only seems like further punishment.
The point is why does it take me so long to pull out of negatively charged experiences? Why do I fear/resist being diligent? Why do I resist changing myself as an expression? Why do I resist self-honesty? Why do I not trust self-honesty? Do I feel it is because it is a borrowed idea of myself – yes. I see so much superficiality around me, self-honesty seems extremely superficial to me, as I see many people claim to be honest, yet they are motivated by fear and/or comfort, which is very transparent.
So my point of self-denial comes from within my mind, where I am in judgment of others because I have seen within them their starting point of fear being expressed as 'a form of self-honesty', yet it is dishonesty – so I have taken the polarity of that expression where I am trying to get revenge on others whom I have judged in my mind as 'dishonest' (whether it be true or not is irrelevant). So to re-iterate, I desire to punish myself for what I see in others through taking on a personality, and this prevents me from seeing/realizing and understanding my actual expression of myself – because I feel so upset that so many people seem to be getting away with the equivalent of murder, and because I see it, I have to be responsible in my mind to judge it and condemn it, which ultimately leads to self-sabotage. Self sabotage seems to be related to how much I am aware of my own self-suppression and denial.
Similar to the point is self-righteousness, which from the perspective of Equality is quite perverse and detestable. I understand that whenever I am not pushing my resistance I am giving in to this system of self-righteousness, where I take the liberty to decide that I would rather not push my resistance at the moment because it seems like work - as the negatively charged energetic experience of myself.
There is no real backchat, as it is an assumption I have lived all my life as, if there is no-one here, I can do whatever I want, where I have created a situation for myself where my responsibilities are very limited - thus excuse not to move myself.
The backchat is that I am not happy with myself, where I am in my situation.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use the backchat that "I am not happy with myself right now" as a means of self-manipulation where I can go into self-pity and emotional feelings of positive/negative energetic experiences of myself as a false reward system I have created for myself .
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to resent myself and get frustrated with myself and my situation, and in so desire to seek revenge on myself because I have accepted and allowed myself to get into this situation in the first place.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to suppress myself in denial of myself because I sense the resistance as I do not wish to push the resistance because I define it as a 'negative energy' experience within myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame others and myself for the mind created 'injustice' I have apparently suffered. I realize that this is a self-centered belief that does not help me or support me in any way but only leads to thoughts of comparison and frustration.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire to get revenge on myself from the thought that I have suffered because of the greed of others in this world - yet I was actually the one that allowed greed to exist and evolve over time to the extent which it exists today.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to take on a personality of who I would like to experience myself as rather than standing as myself as the physical in applying myself with consistency, integrity and disciplining myself in awareness of how the mind sabotages my process.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use the motivation that I feel that I am winning, and so feed off that energy in order to further motivate myself in getting things done. I move myself as self movement which requires no motivation to direct myself as Equal to Life.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to get upset and down on myself when things do not appear to be working the way I expected them to, or unexpected things come up - which they ALWAYS do. I realize that at these low points I must investigate myself and what triggers am I allowing within myself that cause such self-destructive patters within myself... this so that I can prepare myself to focus myself so that I may face myself in self-honesty.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to forget the realization that I must discipline myself as the mind or it will take me where it wants to go as riding the magic carpet of the mind into delusion and self-manipulation.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use my judgment of others as being honest or dishonest and so create a reflective personality within myself where I desire to punish myself in an effort to appear to my mind that I am doing something to make myself 'feel better than' person x whom I have judged as dishonest. Interesting how the mind wants to use judgment as a form of condemnation, and this when I am not even being fully honest with myself in all ways and in every breath. I realize that I must be clear on this point within myself so that I do not sabotage myself further... As feeling good about myself tends to put me in a state of ease and specialness.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe/desire that other people should punish themselves because of their own dishonesty. I realize that each person must realize for themselves on their own time, as that is just how self-honesty works, no one is able to do it for someone else.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to suppress my actual expression of myself because I desire to get revenge through a belief/judgment in my mind.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to take the liberty to allow the mind to dictate what I should do and when, and in so I am allowing myself to create myself as self-centered and self-righteous.
I commit myself to take responsibility for myself in stopping these patterns of denial within myself.
I commit myself to take responsibility for myself in stopping the patterns of manipulation within myself
I commit myself to take responsibility for myself in stopping the patterns of judgment within myself, and so learn to discipline myself in learning to trust myself here as breath without the need/desire of positive/negative energetic experiences which only serve to fuel my ego personality, which is not real.

Day 196 - Desire and Consequence
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear consequence, and so allow myself to be directed and controlled by that fear - to the extent that I do not move myself effectively but rather remain 'stuck' in a position of fearing the worst, in the belief that the only thing I am capable of doing or creating is more consequence.
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that by me being here and working out the solution to myself is the best I can do to manage consequence and stop creating more consequences for myself.
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that facing and taking responsibility for consequence is assisting me to realize what I have accepted and allowed and therefore assisting me to become self-honest with myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire to avoid consequence, as that is merely hiding from myself and not taking responsibility for what I have created myself as within this physical reality.
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see/realize and understand that my personal desires based in self-interest are self-sabotage in that they attribute a greater value to a selfish want/thought/idea in the imaginary hope of creating/experiencing something good for myself - thus creating the illusion that I am able to escape the consequences of what I am creating. I realize that these selfish desires only create conflict within and without, because they are not what is best for all.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a distance of time/space between myself and consequence in separation of myself through not being honest with myself in every moment. I realize that the only way to stop creating consequence for myself and others in separation is to change myself here through self-forgiveness, so that I can take responsibility to prevent myself from creating anything that would potentially harm or abuse Life. In this I also realize my responsibility to create and implement solutions to the already existing consequence that is currently playing out in myself and my world as a whole.
I commit myself to accept the reality of consequence and through the process of self-honesty face it directly.
I commit myself to bridge the gap between myself and consequence so that no separation exists between myself and the results of what I am creating.
I commit myself to stop all desires within myself which are not aligned to that which is Best for All Life.
I commit myself to create myself as the solution, managing consequence as effectively as I am able through standing Equal to myself and All in and as the physical.

Day 193 - Daily Reflection
Looking at the extent of the deception in people and the system, it is apparent that, despite the obviousness of abuse, any attempts to provoke realization in others are largely in vain. I say 'vain' because not only is there little recognition or realization, but also because I myself have to look at my starting point as to why I am so 'anxious' to 'preach' about Equality to others. Why do I insist on being so 'wise' to think that I can assist anyone to realizing themselves? It is as if I have taken the point of caring for Life and formed it into a character of myself who thinks he's got all the answers for everyone. I recognize the pattern within myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to get all worked up in my mind about sharing Equality, only to entertain the vain and charitable character, and so watch my words fall into the abyss of arrogance and self-pity.
I commit myself to focus on standing for myself as my priority point, so that I may be as effective as possible at directing myself in self-honesty, and not waste my words and efforts on a fictional character of my mind.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in frustration towards myself because change seems to move too slowly. I realize that this self-judgement of myself is showing me that I must continue to push through resistances to realize change as myself in each moment.
I commit myself realize that pushing through resistances is the key to change and standing up for and as myself as change in each moment - so that I may change myself and realize my ultimate goal of self-honesty.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to get discouraged with myself in recognizing this point within myself - where I look at my application throughout the day and see how pushing resistances appears difficult, and at times confusing - as within pushing resistances there exists some uncertainty and ambiguity. I realize that this point is showing me that these resistances are opportunities for me to realize myself in being specific within my application, so that I can focus myself and direct myself in learning to trust myself to stand by my decisions with absolute certainty. When and as I see my situation as difficult or confusing I slow myself down and bring myself back to breathing and doing what is necessary to be done, trusting myself that any point of dishonesty will reveal itself.
I commit myself to honor my commitment to myself in my goal of self-honesty through pushing resistances and changing myself.
I forgive myself that I have NOT accepted and allowed myself to trust myself in making and standing equal to my decisions as my self-movement due to past 'failure programming'. I realize that my entire life has been taught, dictated and programmed to think and act within the success/failure construct where most experiences have been subject to failure, rejection, abandonment and criticizing, thus I accepted and allowed myself to subject myself to that very same system in an infinite loop of self-condemnation and self-judgement, ultimately creating the over-riding fear of failure. This creates the consequence of me fearing to trust myself to make decisions and take responsibility for myself. I realize that the process of making decisions and seeing them through to whatever end, so that I can face myself in becoming self-honest with myself.
I commit myself to recognize any fear of failure within myself and change myself to align myself with my ultimate goal of self honesty
Also within this, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to subject myself to the fear of futility - where I see my decisions as insignificant and of little value. I realize that this point is showing me that I am still comparing myself to - and thus acting within the fear of - the money system. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to devalue myself through comparing myself with money as the value that is dictated by the system rather than valuing myself and each decision that I make as Equal to Life.
I commit myself to stand Equal to myself as the value of Life here and work to create an Equal Money System so that Life can be dignified for everyone.

Day 189 - Recognizing the Silent Accomplice
How is it, that I have put so much effort, so much time, and so much resources of myself into aiding it, never realizing how it works, and what I, and it, was doing to myself? How is it possible that I could not recognize something so corrosive, and sinister? Why didn't I realize? I ask myself. I mean, I see it every day, it's so completely out in the open and obvious, yet I was blinded to how I was participating within it, and so I deliberately allowed it to infiltrate, possess, and consume me.
When did this all start? Looking back, it was a very slow and subtle process of indoctrination, and on top of the fact that the only alternative seemed to be to transgress everyone and everything - which would have meant being honest with myself - an epic challenge no less, which undoubtedly, I would have found myself in a rather 'uneasy' and 'unpredictable' situation.
This seemed like the perfect time to get a second opinion from all of those 'ready-made' and 'up for grabs' justifications. "What!? I can't do that!? People will think you are crazy!? No Way!?" Oh they were more than happy to 'jump to the rescue' in my mind, though little did I realize, a rescue it was not, but an approval of and for the surrendering of myself.
That was the time I allowed myself to cave in to fear of myself. That was the time I began the ever losing battle with myself... and sadly, I did not count the cost.
That was a very long time ago, and the consequence of that decision affects me to this day. I wonder what it would have been like if I had chosen to transgress everyone and be honest with myself. What would it have been like... to stand for Equality, and to not allow myself to give in to fear of god, or fear of my parents, or fear of my teachers, or fear of my friends, or fear of death, or fear of myself? What would it have been like to be honest with myself? Wow, that would have been Epic fun!! No doubt accompanied by it's share of hardships... But it would have been sooo worth it hahaha!!
Nevertheless, wondering does not change what is here. I do not blame myself, and I have forgiven myself for the most part. What is important now is for me to see, and realize, and to understand, with what time I have left - absolutely, and without question - that this war, this self-dishonesty within myself MUST STOP at all cost, or I will face far worse.
What is this war with myself? How is it happening? How am I allowing it to happen? How am I participating in it? Why am I fighting myself? I realize - war is conflict. Conflict is the clashing of two opposing forces, both believing and/or having the opinion they are 'good', and the other is 'evil'. Obviously if war exists, then neither side is 'good' - and the only way they can have that belief that they are 'good' or 'better than', is if they believe they are separate, and so are existing in delusion, fear, and denial.
So to stop conflict, I have to first recognize, then deal with, and deconstruct what is supporting the conflict. Namely - Justifications. Justifications heal, comfort, and console... as long as the conflict is supported. Justifications appear to have great pity, compassion, and caring - yet they only care for the conflict to continue. They make it seem like everything is OK, everything is 'all right', everything is 'normal', everything is gonna be juuuust fine. Justifications are masters of seduction, seeking only power and control.
Justifications esteem and admonish the highest places of leadership and authority. Justifications think they are better, and wiser, because they believe they are 'more knowledgeable', and therefore always the 'safest' choice. Safety first! Justifications judge what is right and wrong, secretly blaming and neglecting responsibility - while inducing and indulging in inner conflict.
Justifications appear to be very 'aware' of everything, having the appearance of composure and self-confidence, yet secretly they are fearful and insecure. Justifications adore definitions, classifications, achievements, and titles for the purpose of promoting self-righteousness, and belittling those they deem unworthy. Thus they have high respect for laws, first and foremost the laws within their mind. Justifications nurture competition, and greatly value winning - yet they often disguise this with an attitude of 'fairness' or a clever term like 'democracy'. They value beauty and the appearance of perfection, desiring to cover up mistakes - as if a mistake is something to be ashamed of - unless of course they must protect their compassionate character.
Justifications adore celebrations and excitement, and feed off the attention of our minds, draining us of the energy we so willfully provide in our service to fear. Justifications strictly impose their beliefs and opinions, so as to justify their ego's, and boost their own 'moral standards' with more complex, and self-centered justifications. Justifications are always ready to offer a sympathetic excuse, or a perhaps quick-witted, light-hearted diversion. Justifications accept the existence of consequence as a 'casualty of war', and to them change is impossible - because this is 'just the way it is', and 'the way it always has been'. Justifications are systematic, premeditated, and vindictive, existing merely for an opportunity for revenge - the revenge of the ego. They are the reflection of ourselves as the image in our secret mind.
Through all my acceptances and allowances, justifications have infused themselves into my very being. So now, I have the task of re-creating myself through breathing and self-forgiveness, so that I can stop ALL of the dishonest justifying within myself. To create myself, and commit myself to no longer accept and allow ANY justification whatsoever within myself, as justification only means conflict. Without justifications, conflict could not exist, as conflict would be exposed for what it really is - separation - and separation means defeat - and defeat is simply unacceptable.

7yr Journey to Life - Day 53 - Enjoy the Challenge
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to get caught up in a rush while working because I fear not making money fast enough. When and as I notice myself rushing and pushing myself to hard, I stop and breathe for a moment to slow myself down so that I am not allowing my mind to dictate the pace. I realize that I must direct myself in each moment and no longer accept and allow myself to be controlled by fear of not having money.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that consistency is the most effective and practical method to direct myself so that I can be effective in my work and direct myself in and as the physical. If I am rushing, I must stop myself and check whether my starting point is fear or me directing myself.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that all situations I find myself in are self-created, and so I must walk out the consequences. Within that I realize that I must stop myself from creating consequences by directing myself in and as breath in every moment, not reacting to situations but directing them as myself in what is best for all and common sense.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate within my programmed personality based on my parents personalities and how they dealt with issues such as frustration and anxiety. I no longer accept and allow myself to grasp onto a personality, but rather I face myself here in the challenge to change myself and direct myself in each moment, so that I can align myself with the physical as what is best for all.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear directing myself in each moment, as if I would fear facing myself as how I have created myself. I realize that in taking responsibility for myself here, I must walk the consequences of what I have created, so that I can challenge myself to change myself in undoing what I have done and created as myself as this world.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that facing resistances and challenging my personality/ego/mind is the way to freeing myself from self-created consequence, and therefore I enjoy that challenge and I enjoy taking responsibility for myself rather than exist as a slave robot to a system of abuse.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to put on a nice face, smile or laugh to make someone else feel more comfortable. I realize that this is self-compromise and I am sick of compromising myself as a program of trying to please others in fear of expressing myself self-honestly.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to react in any way to people within conversation. I realize that reacting is of the mind, therefore I direct myself to directly speak words as myself.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear self-correction in the presence of another person. I realize that taking responsibility to correct myself in front of others is not only assisting myself but assisting others as well.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to face myself within self-correction immediately, so as to catch myself instantly, and walk the necessary steps to actual change from the starting point of me being honest with myself.
I challenge myself to change myself within the presence of others, within slowing down and applying the necessary steps to correct and change myself so I am speaking words as me, not in reaction, but directly speaking based on what is here as me.
I challenge myself to enjoy the challenge of pushing my resistances to change myself, and to see it as an opportunity in each moment to realize myself and to stand up for myself as what is best for all.
I challenge myself to share who I am unconditionally with those who are able to hear
I challenge myself explore new ways of expressing myself, to redefine expression as no longer within the fear of embarrassment, rather cutting through all the judgement bullshit and getting to the critical point of exposing the lies and deception in our world that has been promoted by a system of dishonesty.

7yr Journey to Life - Day 25 – Self Writing
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to be seen by others as zealous, as a personality, as opposed to being an absolute equal in every way as a physical being here.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to appear as a 'know it all' in the fear that I will judge and/or define myself as unintelligent if I do not offer a plethora of knowledge and information as justifications to my ego/intelligence. I realize that knowledge and information is not evil, but rather the self-condemnation through wanting to be seen as 'better than' that subverts and suppresses me into and as the polarity of 'less than' in self-judgement.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to want to act, move, and speak without being the director of every action, movement and word spoken as myself. In realizing this I find that all want or desire within myself is actually a fear of being here, in facing my responsibility to live myself to life.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to want to haste, rush, and get through things, rather than take each moment breath by breath, step by step, word by word, in walking myself into and as equal to all of existence.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to want to be perfect in every way, in so believing perfection to be something to be attained as separate from myself, as an idea of perfection, rather than simply being my breath, and taking responsibility for myself as all of existence, consistently, point by point.
I forgive myself for NOT accepting and allowing myself to realize that by me slowing myself down, I am able to be more direct, and specific with myself and others. Within slowing down, I can easily spot any point within myself where I am acting or speaking in want/desire of something rather than unconditional self-acceptance and self-forgiveness, and in so I live self-forgiveness as me in every moment of breath.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to forget that what I see in others is a reflection of myself. In realizing that reflection of myself, I can observe others, and what I see in others can assist me to discover what points of self-forgiveness are required for myself in self-honesty, and in so walk the correction in myself to align myself with what is best for all.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to perceive and fear my resistances as negative in self-judgement, as opposed to trusting myself in allowing myself to face my resistances in order to change and support myself here as becoming life.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to limit myself in the belief that becoming nothingness is negative and so fear nothingness as myself. I realize that in order to change myself as all of existence, I must return to the point of origin in order to re-create/re-birth myself as Equal and One with all of existence. I realize that there is no fear in nothingness, and neither is there any choice within this, as it is the only way to end all separation and suffering.

Day 21 - God Bless America - Movie Review - 5 Stars
*Spoiler Alert*
Here is a portrayal of a middle aged man (Frank) who has become acutely aware of the conspicuous superficiality and inconsideration of people in our world. Frank walks by his boss one morning and overhears him repeating verbatim the mocking and shallow joke Frank had just heard on the radio. Yet his boss was pretentiously acting as if he was speaking his own words as himself, and the three employees gathered around him all laughed and doted on the boss in stereo-typical ass-kissing fashion. Surely they had heard the radio announcers joke themselves, but preferred to 'save face' in the presence of their boss.
Frank overhears co-workers gossiping about celebrities and superficially laughing together over trivial things. He tries to explain to his co-worker how Americans have become such a mockery, bereft of any real consideration, but his co-worker 'just doesn't get it' because he 'thinks everything is funny' in his own self-interest.
Frank's neighbor is clearly oblivious to Frank, and does not even consider him in the slightest, preferring to worship his car, god forbid there is a scratch in the paint.
Frank then loses his job through a ridiculous system non-tolerance policy. He is told that he has a brain tumor and realizes that his own daughter has become utterly ostensible, preferring to play her digital games than spend time with her father.
Frank, through his utter dismay with a false world, is left with nothing but indignation within himself. So he sets off to kill what he sees as the representation of the epitome of falseness in a rich and snobby high school girl.
After killing the girl, Frank decides to commit suicide, but before he pulls the trigger - he meets a young girl who has also seen through the veil of shallowness. And so together, they devise a plan to eradicate what they see as the infected scum of society.
After some murders and laughs together, they develop a kinship and at times come face to face with their own mind limitations and differences of opinion, yet they choose to resolve their issues for the sake of their admiration for eachother and common purpose.
There is one scene where they realize the media is falsely blaming the 'violent nature of the movie' for the murders they committed - Frank shuts off the TV and points out the lack of SELF-RESPONSIBILITY by the media.
Here is the fascinating part of the movie.
Franks' main allegation against society - is that people 'ridicule' and 'belittle' people who appear to be 'less talented'. At the end of the movie, Frank holds the 'American Superstar' show hostage in the midst of them showcasing an untalented performer - whom Frank had thought to be a victim of society. Yet Frank realizes that this apparent 'victim' was actually every bit as selfish and avaricious as all the people Frank was willing to kill! Frank then, having lost all sympathy, kills the performer, and himself and the girl unload all their retributions on the judges and the audience while being shot to death by police, in a bitter ending of poetic justice.
Summary
This movie depicts both the anger/frustration that we exist as, as well as the deep desire by those that have seen the true nature of ourselves as slaves to an abusive system - for change. Change that is real. Change that would ultimately end all superficiality and mockery of Life. It is evident that while reading some of the reviews, many of the reviewers fail to see the point of the movie - and so completely miss the palpable message behind it.
The mans name is 'Frank'. Frank is another word for upfront, to-the-point, and HONEST. Frank just wants everyone to be honest. Yet he realizes his powerlessness, and sees no way out but to vent his anger and frustration through killing people. Franks realizations were real, yet his solution was in spite of himself because he did not consider how he can impact society through his own living participation and taking self-responsibility himself to change. Frank did not realize that he was the one who accepted and allowed it all through not considering all life Equally.
The irony of the title 'God Bless America' reflects how we have debased ourselves through the belief in a false God. Frank becomes 'God' in his mind and delivers his 'blessing' to America as a judgment of releasing Americans from their self-created, self-inflicted miserable lives.
Why is it that people prefer superficiality and refuse to see the heart of Life? How long will we endure an existence of self-torture and self-denial in the reverence of fear and blame? How long will we continue to mock ourselves in spite and self-dishonesty? How long will we deny that the only solution to the problems in this world is to stop all abuse and delusions and realize we must all agree to stand as Equals in supporting Life?
There is another poignant message within the movie regarding morality that I will not divulge here, perhaps you can find it for yourself. The point is, if we place morality above what is best for all Life, that type of morality is ignorance, dishonest and spiteful.

Day 16 - Fear of Being Here
After reading Gian's blog, I realized the hidden conversations I have been having lately in my mind. I was justifying them as 'working myself out' within my process. The hidden fear within my justifications was that I am afraid of having to 'do the work' of actually directing every action that I do, and every word that I speak as equal to who I am here as a physical being. I am afraid of facing the fact that I am currently not directing every single action that I am doing within my physical experience.
Inter-arrestingly, I fear not being able to 'rest'. In so, I deny the rest of myself, and allow unrest to exist within me and my world through my personal desire for comfort and rest.
I am not referring to issues where I have to common sensically figure things out such as 'how will I repair my truck' or 'how many such and such I will need for this job' etc.
I am referring to the conversations in my head where I try to justify my ego/personality thinking processes out of fear, instead of applying self-forgiveness when they arise, as investigating and stopping myself from being controlled by thoughts. I am a physical being, and so apart from practical living responsibilities that require calculations, I do not need a judge in my head to tell me I am 'right' or 'wrong'.
When I think I am 'right' - I am automatically 'wrong' by default, because I participated in the polarity design thought process, where one creates the other as cause and effect.
Why do I fear taking responsibility for each thought that arise and direct myself to do Self-Forgiveness and walk the physical correction?
For myself, it is the fear of being honest with myself, fear of admitting to myself that I was 'wrong'. Reluctance to go back and have to re-walk the point where I fucked up. I seem to prefer to believe that I am right in my mind because it makes me feel better about myself, instead of sticking to my commitment of aligning myself with the physical as being here, constantly and consistently without thought judgements and justifications.
It seems so much easier to just forget about it. But each time I miss the opportunity to transcend the 'desire to be right', the desire to be a 'hero in my mind' and so continue to exist as a 'mind robot' enslaved to a personality construct.
I just had the thought now "gawd I hope this gets easier" lol.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to justify my mind conversations as 'working myself out' in my mind, where I realize that those points that come up must be addressed and forgiven so I can walk the correction of just being here in the physical.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear that if I don't think about things, I will not understand myself and perhaps miss a point about myself. Yet if I simply direct myself in everything I do as breath as the physical, that is how I will transcend all ego and self-interest.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear that I am not worthy of becoming life here as the physical in the polarity design of believing that I am less than the physical.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear directing myself as purely physical here
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear facing myself as who I have accepted and allowed myself to become because I fear the consequences of what I have allowed. I realize that I must face the consequences regardless, so there is no point in fearing what is already here. The only way to stop further consequence is to stop my ego and become purely physical here in living what is best for all.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear torture and pain and death, as that is fear of self and thus pointless. I embrace myself here so I can change what I have allowed myself to become and support equality of life in all ways to actually stop torture pain and death.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear not being able to rest in the desire for personal comfort while others suffer in my world. I realize that comfort and rest can only be real if all are able to be comfortable and rest equally.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear being wrong and desiring to be right in my head. I realize that this fear and desire is based on a polarity design that only exists within my self-created fantasy world of imagination.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear 'doing the work' to perfect myself as standing absolutely within and as the principle of what is best for all.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define self-correction as 'work' as enslavement when actually self-correction is the opposite as stopping the enslavement as work so I can free myself as all of existence from the enslavement to systems of the mind.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that I am right so I can have a good feeling about myself rather than actually face myself and walk the correction and change myself.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to forget the commitment I have made to myself as standing for equality and what is best for all until it is done.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to desire to be a hero in my mind where I am the winner that must be worshiped as a god in deluded self-interest.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to exist within the design of 'hope' where I only hope to transcend my ego rather than actually facing the points here as and when they come up as thoughts, judgements and justifications within me.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think 'Gawd, I hope this gets easier', while in reality as the physical, there is only what is here as not existing within a definition of 'hard' or 'easy' but me as having the opportunity to face myself and correct myself here within and as breath in each new moment until I live what is best for all in every way.
