Day 205 - Is Freedom a Human Right?

To understand this, we must place the word Freedom into context. 'Freedom' as the vague and broad term often used is not a Human Right in itself, as many people have different definitions and interpretations of what Freedom actually means - predominantly that of being able to do 'whatever one wants' within the bounds of one's own moral judgement and/or financial capacity.  This is a fallacy and blatant dishonesty to say the least, as personal moralities are easily manipulated, changed, or adapted to suit ones situation or fears.

Example - Is Person A 'Free' to take a walk in the park?

This action would be dependent upon many factors, such as;

- What is the purpose/intent of the walk?  Is it for simple exercise, or perhaps Person A has something more sinister in mind?
- Does this person have responsibilities that must be taken care of before taking a walk?  Is there young children at home?  Was something left cooking on the stove unattended?

We can see that our current system is highly dependent on law enforcement to provide security and come to our rescue when help is needed. Yet this system is highly ineffective and altogether lacking the ability to stop the problem(s) at the source, for a number of reasons;

Primarily, the legal system is subject to a corrupt monetary system, therefore judgement is not based on justice, but rather on how much money one has access to in order to purchase bail, lawyers, witnesses, and/or judges decisions.  Not to mention the ingenuity on the part of wealthy corporations and/or individuals in the act of prevention of legal altercations, as well as the utilization of shady tactics such as bribery, or blackmail in order to fly under the radar of the legal system.

Secondly, our convoluted legal system cannot be traced to any one principle, or even a specific morality for that matter.  It is a dysfunctional conglomeration of ill-rooted protocols that only serves to protect the rich and/or the elite of this world.

Accountability should not be dependent on financial status, but rather absolute self-honesty, responsibility, and integrity.  Why do we abdicate and impose our responsibilities on law enforcement?  The only possible answer is that we desire more than our fair share, and fear for our own survival.  We fear being self-honest, as that would imply sharing the resources of the planet, and taking responsibility for ourselves and those around us.


Another Example - Is Business B 'Free' to conduct business?

What factors are involved in Business B's affairs, and how does it conduct business?

- What products are created, sold, consumed?  Are they best for all, or harmful for all?  (Ahem... Monsanto)
- What byproducts are created?  Does it produce chemicals that are bad for the environment (everyone), thus poisoning the earth?

We can see clearly that 'Freedom' - without specific context or foundational principles that serve the best interest of all - is nothing more than justified abuse by means of a linguistic and/or legal loophole.  This is the reason for tremendous abuse of Life on earth and therefore absolutely unacceptable.

Freedom must be clearly defined so that it can be traced back to determine if it in fact does or does not support the Equal Life Rights of All.  The Equal Life Foundation's Bill of Rights outlines each and every Human Right as being  accountable to actual Life principles, so that each and every person can see, realize and understand what it means to take Equal responsibility to support Life as Equals within our shared physical reality... Because None is Free until All is Free.

Day 104–Arrogance

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to constantly seek personal happiness, relief and comfort for myself in spiteful arrogance, while the world suffers.  As the deadly arrow glances by, and I pretend that I have no responsibility, and that consequence and death will never happen to me. 

I forgive myself that I have, in arrogance, not accepted and allowed myself to realize that the selfish pursuit for personal happiness, relief, and comfort for myself is foolish, self-centered, and inconsiderate of everything else in my reality in which I currently depend on to support my existence.

I forgive myself that I have, in arrogance, accepted and allowed myself to believe that I can have my own personal opinion and moral standard about how my world should function.  I realize that all opinions are counterfeit, as they are all programmed ideas which can only exist in spite of life, and thus do not support what is best for everyone and everything.

I forgive myself that I have, in arrogance, not accepted and allowed myself to realize that I am fully capable of forgiving and changing myself to live what is best for all life through a simple process of self-forgiveness and correction, so that I can stop all selfishness within myself.

I forgive myself that I have, in arrogance, accepted and allowed myself to be directed and controlled by my ego/mind which gives me every possible (and impossible) excuse ever conceived as to why I cannot take responsibility to stand for Equality and support the one and only solution with the absolute certainty to solve all of the problems in our world and our entire existence.

I forgive myself that I have, in arrogance, accepted and allowed myself to go into frustration and mind tantrums, where all I do is complain about how I think things should be, rather than take responsibility to do what I am able to do, and what is common sense in supporting that which supports all Equally.

I commit myself to abandon foolish arrogance, in favour of changing myself into that which supports my existence and the existence of those who care about life.

I commit myself to realize that real happiness can only be truly fulfilled and expressed when enslavement ends and that this can only be achieved through standing Equal to life as myself as all.

I commit myself to realize that the relief and comfort I often seek after is only temporary, while as long as we allow a world full of inequality, anxiety, wars and all of our worst nightmares will come to pass, as our own shit smeared in our faces to show us what we are doing to ourselves, in our stubborn blindness, stupidity, arrogance, and selfish disregard for life.

Life is for giving, but life will not forgive me, if I do not forgive myself, and create myself as Equal to Life in every breath.

7yr Journey to Life Day 52 - Excluded

 I was just out for a bike ride and stopped by a baseball diamond, where there were people playing softball.   I wanted to play, but I did not ask anyone because I did not want to 'impose' on everyone and disrupt the game, or the score.  Everyone saw me sitting there watching, yet neither did anyone ask me to play.  It's so easy to just say 'ah whatever' and forget about it - as humans always do.  Yet here is a small, yet clear example highlighting the collective negligence and spitefulness in our world.  I realize I did not take responsibility to express myself, yet that is not the point I care to share here.  The point is what is the source of the COLLECTIVE failure?

Why is our reality so Exclusive? - to the extent that we disregard ourselves and others, and in so allow suppression/exclusion to exist?  Clearly we all share this experience in our world, and ALL are able to participate, so why are we not ALL-Inclusive?  The answer is simply, because our reality is a FEAR based SYSTEM - pre-programmed through KNOWLEDGE, with the resulting consequence of self-denial.

Welcome to the wonderful world of 'fuck you buddy!'... lets everyone just PRETEND we are not fully aware, and that life does not care.  Humans are Artisans of pretentiousness.  We physically see eachother and the exclusivity, yet not only do we blatantly deny it, we then go on to actually DEFEND it!!...  As if we are actually afraid of losing our pretend - and sickening - reality!!  To take it even further what really amazes me is that people actually think they can get away with it... As if life would never call us to account.  People actually live by the core morality of "No one else is admitting it, I don't have to either!" Complete bullshit, and irresponsibility to life.

This example is merely a fractal of the greater picture, where exclusivity is taken to the extreme, causing massive abuse and torment beyond comprehension.  

Within the realization of Equality - as what is best for all - full payment for our shockingly outstanding and overdue debt to Life is suddenly upon us.  And to those that outright deny Equality, even when directly presented with its cold, hard truth - will find themselves excluded through their own devices, as they deny themselves life, because Equality is the only road to Life.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to create a pretentious reality where exclusivity is accepted and allowed as the norm wherein we humans do not seek to solve the problem, but bury it within suppression and self-denial.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that Life will not call me to account for my self dishonesty in how I have denied myself and others within living a lie of exclusivity

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to create a system which is based in fear as knowledge and information where fear is permitted to exist within the false belief that this is just the way it is and nothing can be done about it.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to pretend that this 'fuck you buddy' reality is acceptable in any way, and use that justification to live in self-interest rather than change myself for the good of all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to defend a sickening world system because I fear losing my pretentiousness and changing myself into a being that honors life - as opposed to self denial where extreme consequence takes place through me making false excuses and justifications.

I commit myself to change myself to align myself with that which is best for all so that I can change my world and reality through being self honest with myself first.

I commit myself to face the actual physical reality and stop the ego/mind reality so that all can be physically manifested and exposed so that no point goes without notice

I commit myself to create a world that is all inclusive and nothing is excluded in false mind beliefs and fears.
