Day 149 – Self Confidence and Trust

Self-Confidence

We can see from the dictionary definition (provided below) that confidence can, for explanation purposes, be simplified to be a matter of trust.  Trust that is placed in something, someone or oneself.  Therefore we can say that, for a person to have confidence, one must have trust.   So to understand confidence, we must first investigate trust…

We can see that our participation within this world functions within this very principle of trust, in duality to its polar opposite - distrust.  Additionally, there must exist a relationship or an agreement between two parties for trust to be established. For a person to trust one, another must be considered less, or ‘un-trustworthy’.

The existence of trust if facilitated by, and has in fact created distrust, as one cannot exist without the other – because if distrust did not exist, there would be no need for trust, as all would be equally ‘trustworthy’, and so not defined within the context of trust/distrust.

Interestingly, due to the fact that we have not understood this very simple point, we have created systems (legal, financial, political etc.) in which everyone is conveniently ‘educated’ to accept as the basis of trust, and thus are generally accepted as trustworthy – These systems however, rather than supporting the equal trustworthiness of all, imitate, replace, and subvert the actual inherent trustworthiness of all, through perpetuating, and repeatedly re-iterating the dualistic system of trust/distrust.  All to preserve and maintain power and control, and so no one ever questions or understands this of course.

Religion is another system which would have us believe that there exists some external god out there wanting us to place trust in it/him/her.  That idea is endlessly debatable, and there is absolutely no credibility as to it’s validity, as there is no physical point of cross-reference – See for yourself, religion serves no physical purpose other than to delude man, as anyone can create their mind’s wildest fantasy to serve nothing but their own fear, desire for revenge, and self-interest.

So what can be trusted?… and how can we quantify, or measure trust?  How can we know for certain if one or another is trustworthy?

Many would say “oh I trust so and so… he/she is my husband/wife/friend”.  This type of relationship trust is limited, because, no matter how much we want to believe and place our trust in that person, we do not fully know and understand what is existent within them, as their entire life experience. Due to the nature of this type of trust as having a massive ‘unknown’ factor, this type of relationship trust is not measurable or verifiable, and thus cannot be considered real trust… as it only appears to be real to a person who does not understand or realize the existence of actual, measurable trust!

Therefore we can conclude that relationship trust is not real trust, it is rather a false measure of trust, an imposter, which makes it in its very nature, absolutely untrustworthy, as it is often formed out of fear of survival, greed, or simply self-interest.

Many people are ‘confident’ in their appearance.  This is based on the beauty system, as a system of comparison and judgement, and therefore just another belief system which creates conflict and distrust.

So what exactly is real, measurable trust… or trustworthiness?  Actual trust is not based on the starting point of greed, fear, or selfish desire.  Actual trust is created within oneself, as Self-trust, through self-realization, and understanding of who one really is, as an Equal participant within our shared physical reality.

It is only when one fully understand ones responsibility to live according to the principle of what is best for all, that one can realize themselves and change themselves to stop living in self-interest.  This is the development, or creation of Self-trust.  This Self-trust is based on an agreement with self in self-honesty, opposed to an external relationship, and it is the only real trust that is absolutely trustworthy, as it is measurable.

Is any form of confidence then real, if you don’t know yourself, or if you don’t understand your reality?  How then can you trust anyone…? How can you even trust yourself?

Man know thyself.
I invite you to Join the Journey to Life and visit Eqafe for support in understanding and establishing real Self-trust with yourself, so you may become accountable and trustworthy as Life.

Day 148 – Facing Self Doubt

Self Doubt

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to doubt myself, in thinking that I cannot transcend a point of selfish desire within myself, when in actuality the point is here for me to investigate for myself within my thoughts and memories.

Once I see the starting point of the doubt as a thought or memory, I can then consider how I allowed it to manifest into an opinion/belief of myself - out of fear of standing in self-honesty with myself.  I can then deconstruct the point to see how it has enslaved me to an illusion – as a manifested opinion/idea/belief of myself that is not real.

I realize I am able to forgive myself for the past memory, and simply make the decision to change myself so that I am no longer subject to, moved by, or influenced by the thought or memory as the manifested belief/idea/opinion – I take directive principle of myself to change who I am, push through the resistance with breathing, in the understanding that I must align myself to living what is best for all in all ways, as that is what is best for me.

I realize that doubting myself within this process is fear, which is a future projection and a belief - me not trusting myself here, but being lead by the mind into the idea/belief that I am incapable of standing in self-honesty to change myself.  I created the belief, through my allowance of fear within myself, which is self-dishonesty, therefore I am aware of my responsibility to change myself, to no longer be subject to fear and doubt as ideas and beliefs of the mind.

I commit myself to facing all points of fear and doubt within myself so that I may stand here absolutely Equal to myself as the physical.

I commit myself to face all points of belief and opinion within myself where I have allowed myself to compromise myself in self-dishonesty, so that I may change myself to support all Life, as I would like to be supported, Equally.

I commit myself to realize that as I change myself, I will have more impact in assisting others to change themselves, so that we can all assist and support each other in stopping our enslavement to the mind and the world system, and so create a world that is best for everyone.

I commit myself to understanding how the mind works through researching the material that Desteni provides through Eqafe.com, as that is the best support I could possibly ask for… on a golden platter.

Equality is all that matters.

Day 147 – Negative Feeling

Negative1

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to exist within and as a negative energy experience of myself – within which I have trained and programmed myself throughout my life… to chase after personal desires (positive energy experiences) in self interest.

What I did not realize in this was that, feeding those selfish desires and fearing that I would not fulfill them, only created more insatiable selfish desires for myself, unto the death of myself. Therefore within this, I have never been satisfied with myself here, always wanting more and more for myself, not realizing the consequence of my own desires, as compromising myself and sacrificing myself for selfish desire. I never realized that the real me as the physical, does not actually desire to be selfish, as the desire for selfish experiences of myself is self compromise/self destructive – because if I consider all dimensions and consequences of my desires, I realize selfish desires are absolutely spiteful and inconsiderate to myself and all as me. Therefore I do not actually desire my own desires, because they are not what is best for me, as what is best for all.

Through this realization of me as the negative experience of myself, I realize that I can stop the desire for the positive energy experience of myself, and in doing so, learn to be here with myself, embracing myself in doing whatever is required to be done to support myself, and at the same time Equally supporting what is Best for All, in which case I in turn will be supported as an Equal, and no longer compromise myself within selfish desire.

When and as I sense a negatively charged feeling/experience within myself, I realize that this has an equal positively charged (and defined) feeling/desire within me. So I clear my starting point to here as breath, investigating what is the source (memory/idea/belief) of the negative feeling, and the corresponding positive feeling/desire, and stop both the negative feeling and the positive desire through self-forgiveness, so that I may correct myself by practically moving myself to support myself.

Day 146 - Secret Art

I just finished writing a giant blog for today, my blog writer application crashed and I lost it all, so this will be the short version.

I have spent the entire day today attempting to get this art technique I have been trying to get for a very long time now (which I still have not gotten lol).  I have spent countless hours staring at the paintings, trying to figure out how to do it.  It looks so simple and likely is, at least this one part I am trying to get, yet I have tried absolutely everything I can think of to no avail.

I have emailed the company that makes the paint but their suggestions did not work.  I asked various people at the art store and they did not know either.  I even emailed the artist, but no response. After all, I was not offering any large sums of money.  Her art is a money maker, and for her to give away her secrets would threaten her status as an artist, not to mention possibly cause her to lose income.  I'm certain that the artist would love to share with me how she does her artwork, yet she prefers not to, because we live in a system where sharing is not 'profitable', and so people prefer to keep secrets in fear of losing status and/or income.

The question being, why do we exist within and support a system where fear and greed are regarded as 'the best option' and actually considered to be of more value than sharing?  Why do we not see how sharing ourselves is fun and helpful for everyone?  Why is it that we do not see that competition is the cause of endless war and unnecessary suffering?  Its obvious that the current money system is abusive to life and absolutely unacceptable.  We can change this... the solution is simple - as simple as sharing...  it is the only solution.  Join the Journey to Life and support the Equal Money System.

Day 145 – Embracing Change

Change

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge and define myself and my physical body within and as consciousness as opinion based on my fear of survival.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to change to give myself the enjoyment of being here without fears or self-judgement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my own judgement of myself – projected from the past into the future - and therefore create a belief that I cannot transcend a point, thus creating myself within and as an excuse out of fear, rather than trusting myself to stand Equal within and as my physical body.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create the idea that ‘I don’t fit in’ or ‘belong’ anywhere out of fear of myself, when in fact the very idea of having to ‘fit in’ or ‘be-long’ is created in self-judgement as fear of change and fear of loss.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I have to serve the selfish idea of who I am rather than be myself, accept myself, and embrace myself here, as the physical.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to exert unnecessary strain on my physical body out of fear of myself, not considering my responsibility to myself as all.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire to be more than the physical body that lives in Equality with all things, and supports what is best for all life.   In so, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create within myself desires for energetic experiences which consume my physical body in spite of myself as all.

I commit myself to accept and embrace myself as who I am here as the physical so that I can change myself and all Life can be supported.

I commit myself to realize that the starting point of myself has for a very long time been fear, as fear of myself in self-dishonesty, which I must face and change to create myself the directive principle of myself as what is best for all Life.

I commit myself to challenge myself to change the limitations I have imposed on myself and created in my mind as beliefs and opinions – to take responsibility to fully be here in each moment as breath.

I commit myself to challenge others as I would like others to challenge me – rather than submitting to and accepting a system of fear – to change, so that we can learn what it is to support each other to support Life Equally.

Day 144 – Disappointment

Disappointment

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed the feeling of disappointment with myself direct me, as to cause consequences of me existing within and as the Character of Disappointment, believing myself to be disappointed with myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire to be appointed, as the desire to be directed and controlled by an external source other than myself, and in so I have accepted and allowed my own disappointment with myself, unaware of the consequences I was creating of enslavement within seeking and waiting for external direction in self-dishonesty.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed the feeling of disappointment with myself direct me, as to create additional consequential feelings of resentment towards my past, rather than realizing and living the realization that we are all here in this together, and my process is connected to everyone else’s process.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to limit myself within the feeling of disappointment with myself, where I have projected the feeling into the future rather than take responsibility for myself here, working with what is here and working to change myself and my reality.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that disappointment is here for me to realize – that the point of disappointment is to show me, not only how I have missed the point, but that there actually is a point to realize, take responsibility for, and transcend for myself here as all.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to realize that disappointment is supporting me to change myself, as the resistance that is necessary for me to learn to stand and be Life Equal to and as the physical.

I commit myself to see disappointment as resistance which is necessary self-support for self-realization so that I can correct myself to live what’s best for all.

I realize that until Life is Equal in every way, disappointment will be here supporting me to see.  In so, I commit myself to using disappointment as a tool of self-realization.

I commit myself to embrace disappointment so that all previous ideas of what Life is and ‘should be’ and ‘could have been’ can be eradicated, and Life can be created for real in absolute self-honesty and self-responsibility.

I commit myself to disappoint disappointment within the realization that the point is always here for me to see within and as me, therefore no actual disappointment can exist, as it was just an ‘idea’, a ‘definition’, and a ‘judgment’, of myself created in and as my mind, originally designed to keep me enslaved, yet now it is the tool of self-realization supporting me to see what I have accepted and allowed myself to exist as.
